We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to follow up and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then destroy them.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address published on the contact page. We respond within a reasonable period.
The site runs over an encrypted connection and never asks for payment details, card numbers or identity documents through its forms. Never send that kind of data through this website.
